School Based Centers

Teen HealthPHSC School-Based Health Centers are a full-service facility offering Primary Care including Pediatric and Adolescent immunizations, Behavioral Health including Telepsychiatry, and Dental. Located at Carroll Junior High School and Wossman High School, the School-Based Health Centers are open to all students within the Monroe City School District.
